Why is it so hard for people to do the right things? Why can't they be good and reasonable?

Wait. Take a long breath and read it completely.
"People do the right things."
We have to learn one fact by heart that “Everything is relative”. It all depends on our different point of views.
See, India is a southern country to China, at the same time it is a northern for Sri Lanka. It is because of their different point of views(geographically).
In the same way something right for me can be wrong for you and vice versa.
So the bottom line is:
People do the right things (according to their point of view) but it is hard for us to understand their deeds, because we have a different and distinct point of view than them.

What is wrong with India today?

We all Indians have many pros like:
highest economic growth rate in the world,
65% population younger than 35 yrs,
great potential to influence world and blah blah.
But what is wrong with us, what is holding us back?
Basically Two main things:
  • We get offended very easily and react unreasonably.
Someday someone says something wrong about any public figure we get offended.
Some another day someone says something about a religious belief or religious figure we get offended.
We get offended very easily and react very loudly to small things. We create riots on small things.
It is very good to have a live society who reacts but we over react many times and in an unreasonable manner.
I believe that India is the best place where you can follow and practice any religion and ideology in the world with full liberty.
But still we face this problem of getting offended by ignorantly small issues. (not to blame any specific religion or community).
  • We possess lame nationalism over strong communalism and casteism.
I observe when people ask someone's name they insist on telling their last name to judge his caste. Why?
Why should we judge someone by his father's name or last name? Can it be his/her qualifications? This should be stopped. We should treat every Indian same irrespective of religion, caste and ethnicity.
I observed many people refusing to say ‘vande matram’ by giving some fool argument.
Vande matram means praising the motherland. what is the problem in saying that?
We make huge issues and problems out of small and useless points.
This is my personal view that no religion is bigger than the nation. We should have that Nation comes first feeling.
Feeling of Nation comes first will make us the superpower. Once we get connected by this feeling of one nation all other things will come eventually.
I personally wish to see India as a super power not immediately but atleast by 2062 because it is the century year of the year we lost a war against China(1962). I know we Indians will have a proud to be the Jagadguru even earlier.
For this we have to look every Indian as a Indian first not as a Hindu or Muslim or Sikh or anything else. There are many other problems out there but those will not stand unsolved for a second if we all unite and stop fighting within ourselves.

What is the essence of humanity in today's world?

Someone asked me this question on one website. Well, this can be a title of a atleast 100 pages book. I think, many conflicts between major countries will not survive for a single minute if they are seen from the humanitarian point of view.

For now, I will give the answer in the context of terrorism. We (the population of the world) are facing one problem from last few decades:Terrorism. This problem needs to be studied from different prospective to be solved.

Almost everyone in the world is facing the problem of terrorism directly/indirectly.

Directly: If you are from in a place like Syria/Afghanistan/Pakistan/any country having active terrorist organization in action, then you are directly facing the problem of terrorism.

Indirectly: If you are living in India/USA/France/UK…. then you may think your country is not be facing terrorism directly but some parts of such countries are frequently attacked by terrorists. These countries face attacks like 26/11 or 9/11. The soldiers and civilians that are killed by terrorists belongs to these countries too. They are human beings.

I see humanity as a thread that binds the 7 Billion people of the world as one society.
To solve problem world have to unite. we, the people of the world have to unite by a single string.

We follow different religions, we speak different languages, we have different skin colors, we belong to different countries and cultures. But we all have one common string that can bind us together is humanity.

Why not other sports?

India is a country where almost every middle class family have atleast one diehard fan of cricket.
Other sports are ignored, even the football.
Nobody wants to be a golf player, an athlete or a gymnast. There are very few who want to be a footballer and now a days a wrestler but they are not considerable as of Cricket dreamers.
BCCI is the world's richest Cricket association where as other sports don't even have the basic facilities. Indian cricket players are celebrities and other sport persons are struggling to earn some thousands per month.

Why do we celebrate the Republic Day?

We know, we celebrate our Independence Day on 15th of August. India got independence on August 15, 1947 that's the independence day. It is celebrated to remind us the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
It's okay but,
What about the Republic Day?
Why do we celebrate the Republic day?
Many of us actually don't know the exact reason behind the Republic Day celebration.

Here is the answer:

  • Our National Flag, which we unfurl on Republic Day, indicates our freedom.
  • Republic Day honors the date on which the Constitution of India came into force on 26 January 1950.
  • It replaced the Government of India Act 1935 and made India a sovereign republic and
  • India resolved into a sovereign socialist secular democratic republic.

The word sovereign implies that India is neither a dependency nor a dominion of any other nation, but an independent country
January 26 was specifically chosen as 'the date of commencement' of Constitution because of its historical importance.
It was on this day, in 1930 that purn swaraj day was celebrated by Indian National Congress (a party before independence)

On this occasion of Republic Day let's have some basic info and interesting facts about our Constitution.

  • The Constitution of India is the lengthiest  of all the written Constitutions of the world.
  • It has about 450 articles and 12 schedules, divided into 24 parts.
  • It is drawn from various sources (Constitutions of CanadaGreat Britain, Australia, Germany, Russia, France, United States of America, Japan and so on).
  • Though the Indian Constitution is unique in its contents and spirit.

As being youth we only believe in truth that we are the force to change country’s fortune.
But to change the fortune we must be aware of our past.

Thank you for your time.

Jai Hind!!!

India-England ODI series: 2090 runs in just three games.

This series was a festival for all batsmen.
Total 2090 runs were scored in less than 300 overs.
That means batsmen scored 2090 runs in less than 1800 balls!!!!!!
This is a record in any three match ODI series.

Indian fans enjoyed the centuries from Virat Kohli, Kedar Jadhav, Yuvraj Singh and Dhoni.
There was a very good competition throughout the series but India dominated England by winning 2 matches and lost the last one only by five runs.

The thrill of three T20's is on the way from 26th of January. Indian fans will be expecting celebration on Republic Day  in the form of victory in the very first game.

India is looking for a whitewash today

Today is the last ODI of three match paytm series. India is looking for a whitewash today. The match is already started India won the toss and elected to field first.

This is a different pitch according experts. According to them, this match may not have 350 or more runs per innings. Pitch seems to be slightly different from previous two matches.

For India, Shikhar Dhawan didn't get a place into team but Ajinkya Rahane will open for India.

For England, Joe Root  is out of the team because of injury but Billings got his first ODI against India.

Hope India will win the match and win the series by 3-0. Let's go for live action.

India-England 1st ODI: India chased a historic total of 350

let's have a glimpse of the historic the match.

Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to field first, but it was a very hard day for him. English team answered his call by making 350-7. Bumrah was the most expensive among all bowlers by giving 79 runs in his 10 overs.
English batsmen played good as well:
  • Jason Roy (73) opened the innings in impressively aggressive way.
  • Joe Root (78), Ben Stokes (62) played extremely well
  • Scored 115 runs in last 10 overs.
India couldn't manage to open well and comeback King Yuvraj caught behind the wickets as well as Dhoni couldn't manage to score double digits.

India were 63-4 and then came the local boy, man of the match today Kedar Jadhav. He played an unforgettable innings of 120 from just 76 balls.
Indian skipper had taken the responsibility on his strong shoulders before Kedar's entry.
India won the game because of two wonderful centuries by Virat Kohli (122) and Kedar Jadhav (120).

It was a very good competition indeed but at the end of the day India won by 3 wickets. It's a historic victory for India.

Records in the match:

  • Virat Kohli equates Sachin Tendulkar's record of maximum centuries while chasing (17 centuries).
  • India's second highest overall ODI chase (Highest against England).

MS Dhoni: The most successful Indian captain (Why?)

Why do critics call Dhoni the most successful captain India ever had?
what makes him so special??

There are so many ways to answer these questions but, following are the most important facts:

  •  India lifted the 2011 ODI World Cup   under his captaincy,

  • India lifted the very first T20 World Cup in 2007 under his captaincy,

  • India topped the ICC ranking in both test and ODI  under his captaincy,

These three facts make him so special that critics call him the most successful captain India ever had. Indian team never achieved all these things playing under any other skipper.

Some statistics to understand his contribution  for team India as Skipper:

Dhoni as a captain in:
Tests: 60  played   27  won (45%)
ODI  : 199 played 110 won (55.27%)
T20I : 70   Played  41  won ( 58.57%)

Total :329 played 178 won (54.10%)

[Better than any other captain India ever had]

Note: There are 33 matches which are either had no results or tied, if these are not considered then these figures will be 178 wins 118 lost (60.14%)

Yuvraj Singh is coming back in Blue jersey after a long time

Yes, it is true. Selection committee included the experienced left-handed stylish batsman Yuvraj Singh in the 15 players squad of India. India-England ODI series of 3 matches is going to start on the 15th of January 2017 and squad are announced for the series. In Indian squad star player Yuvraj Singh and Shikhar Dhawan got their places back.

Indian Team for ODIs:
Virat Kohli (C), MS Dhoni (wk), KL Rahul, Shikhar Dhawan, Manish Pandey, Kedar Jadhav, Yuvraj Singh, Ajinkya Rahane, Hardik Pandya, R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav.

Indian Team for T20Is:
Virat Kohli (Capt), MS Dhoni (wk), Mandeep Singh, KL Rahul, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Manish Pandey, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ashish Nehra.

It's a very big surprise for Yuvraj's fans. We can not forget Yuvi's glorious innings against England in the T20I world cup 2007. Those six huge sixes were a nightmare for Stuart Broad and English team. What a coincidence it is that after 10 years, the same man is coming back in the squad to play against them. For now Yuvraj is in 15 -man squad of India. Let us hope, very soon we will see him in the playing 11.

Best cricketer on the planet

In India, almost everybody has a different opinion and a discrete point of view about two things : Indian Politics and Cricket
Indians often disagree with each other, But when it comes about the best cricketer, Indians unanimously agree on one name, none other than the God of cricket, the master blaster Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar.

Indian cricket is simply incomplete without its little master. Sachin has a great number of records on his name and this number is a record itself. The century of centuries is enough to explain it.

He faced many ups and downs in his career but he was always a down to earth personnel through out his cricketing career. He never faced any serious controversy in more than 20 years of his international career.

He has awarded by highest civilian award in India, 'Bharatratna' for his contribution and devotion for Indian cricket.

In 2011 India lifted the cricket world cup and the Indian cricket team lifted their hero Sachin Tendulkar. No Indian can forget those pictures in Wankhede stadium. Everybody in the crowd at the Wankhede stadium was doing 'sachiiiiin sachiiiiin' and people watching it at home were saving these pictures in the hard-disk of their hearts.

Sachin is the source of inspiration for many great cricketers like MS Dhoni(Former Indian captain) and Virat Kohli(Indian captain). In fact he is a source of inspiration for many Indian generations. His journey from a 10th fail student to 'The God' of cricket really inspires Indians.
It's being 4 years since he is retired from all formats of cricket but many of his fans still think the God will suddenly arrive in a match and will  hit a century. God of Indian cricket still plays for Indian cricket as a 12th player, in the form sudhir kumar and thousands of cricket fans who loved cricket only because of him.
